My record attempt

Just to put my record attempt in perspective. Norma Bastitas is the current record holder. She did her record 2014 and it is 4983 km total. I will increase the total record to 6649 km or by 1666 km. Just over 1000 miles longer. My cycling part is 5152 km. My cycling part will be longer than Normas total distance..... #longesttri #Wheelheroes

Cool day and great running weather. Feeling full of energy and strong. 756 km done

Day 41

Great weather for running. Still feeling strong. 738 km done

Day 40

Hot day. The wind increased when it got warmer so it cooled me down. 720 km done

Day 39

The day started hot but soon clouds came and made the run cooler. I am still strong 702 km done

Day 38

Hot day. Tested hat to use on my runs. It is a hat that I can attach my gopro camera.  it works. The hat is to prevent a sun stroke on hot runs. I will use the hat on the rest of my runs. Met few of my cycling friends on my way. I was tired on this run but nothing to be afraid of

Day 37

Hot day. Started early to be finished before the heat. Was a little slow in the rest. Still strong. 666 km done

Day 36

Half of the running part of the longest triathlon is done. 405 miles or 648 km done

Day 35

Great run and cool  weather. Tomorrow I have finished half of the running leg of my longest triathlon. 630 km done
