Great weather and cooler than usual. I moved the world record over 1200km. 1206 km done and still fresh

Hot run. Soon i will start cycling. 1188 km done

i am now over existing running part of longest triathlon. 1152 km done

Day 63

Good run. Met cyclists in the way. Al and Marsha were riding through the Deering. Frank urban and few other cyclists were at starbucks. Always fun to meet fellow cyclists. Great weather for run. 1134 km done

Day 62

Good weather today. First time over 1100km. 1116 km total done and still have energy for alot more

Day 61

Hot weather in Miami now. I use coolhead inserts in my hat for cooling. In hot weather like now it works great. I fill it with water and it lasts around 1 hour. Then I put it in water again or pouring water from my water bottle. 1098 km done.

Day 60

Hot day. Met Anthony Denito on my run. Still feeling good. 1080 km done

Had issues with a toenail. Fixed it when i finished. 1062 km done
