16-18 mph EBC ride to Black Point

This morning I did a ride with the 16-18 mph group from EBC. It was a great ride and we managed to finish just before the storm. After my rides I always have some coffee at LULUs in the Grove. This time I sat down and waited for the storm to pass drinking my morning coffee. Perfect saturday morning ride. 

Back in Miami

I spent last summer in Iceland ocean swimming in 50 degrees water. I did the first 100 miles swim of around 800 miles total. My training during the winter is cycling in Miami and all over florida. My next long ride is next weekend visiting my friends from Iceland along A1A Fort Lauderdale.  Along A1A is a sandy beach that goes from Fort Lauderdale all the way to Jupiter 60 miles with lot of restaurants and beach life.  Like a paradise.
