Training run 2
This run i tested my spot satelite system that I will use on the run and ride during the record. Will not use it on the swimming part. It worked great. Found out the right url it is https://share.findmespot.com/shared/faces/viewspots.jsp?glId=0glgWOjDqFpstyWDpdeFau8IUyEI9zYqY
I was studying running techniques. How to prevent blisters. Next week I will continue testing on my runs. I will get headband for my camera this week. I will start run with it. And training my body to run day after day for a long time.
For people following me on strava I am now running now and not doing much cycling. And I will do the running training next 10 days until I start the run 1 february. Then i will continue running. until I finish the running part of the record in middle of march.After that i will start the cycling part and do it for 2 months. Then swimming and running again. More about that later.
